Jeffrey J. Barone is Vice President, Asset Management with Maritz, Wolff & Co. and is based in St. Louis, MO. Mr. Barone joined the company in March 1998.  In addition to his hotel asset management responsibilities, Mr. Barone is a member of the company's Investment Committee and provides administrative oversight of the company's St. Louis office.  His prior professional experience was in the position of Controller at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, St. Louis, an asset currently owned by Maritz, Wolff & Co. Mr. Barone managed the accounting staff at the hotel and was responsible for financial forecasting, expense control, and maintaining financial controls. Mr. Barone received a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.
